Message From the Owner

I remember planning the biggest event of my life. I was in the Hotel/Restaurant industry and was planning my wedding. I had all the feelings, excitement and nervousness all wrapped up into one. The sleepless nights, wondering if I have thought of everything. On the day of the wedding, I thought I could do it all AND enjoy my favorite people- my guests, that was not the case. I wish I had someone there to manage the unexpected.

After my wedding day, I decided no one should feel that overwhelming feeling that I felt. So, I put together the best team of amazingness and we got to work. Most of the clients we work with come to us with a vision in mind. We understand, with so many details and logistical needs, the planning process can get overwhelming. Whether you are planning a cocktail style Anniversary Party for 50 guests, or a Surprise Birthday Bash for 200, we have the knowledge and skills to help you create the experience you want.

Your guest of honor will know you went through great length to create such a perfectly executed event and your guests will know that they are well taken care of. While you, take it all in, relaxed and carefree.

What wedding planning option is best for you?

Does your venue already have a coordinator? Assistance with Pre-Planning might be what you are looking for. Our team of experienced planners will start working with you up to 20-months prior to your wedding. We will work on everything from budget, hand selecting your vendors, to making sure your invitations are out at the right time. We will work together on your floor plan, rental needs, and table assignments for your guests. Saving you time and stress.

This is great for couples getting married at restaurants, hotels, and venues with on-site managers.

If your venue does not have an on-site coordinator, then a Day-of-Wedding Coordinator is just what you are looking for. Capable of coordinating your own wedding logistics and gathering your vendor team, perfect. A Day of Wedding Coordinator will work with you leading up to your wedding, asking you all the right questions. On the day of your wedding, two coordinators will be there to oversee the schedule and manage any unforeseen challenges.
