Meet the Planner: Jarron

Here to celebrate YOU! All about having a good time, but making the day run smoothly.

Tell us your favorite Jarron story, a time he saved the day (countless times), or when his muscles really came to use! Check out our interview with the fantastic planner himself!

How long have you worked with POE?

I have been with Purple Orchid since the Summer of 2014. I started helping out Kristina when she realized she needed these big muscles to lift things up and put them down. I slowly squeezed my way onto the schedule over the next couple years threatening our friendship if she did not let me in. Now look!

What is your favorite part of being a wedding planner?

The people! 100% the connections. It takes a small army to make a day come together. Not one person is strong or talented enough to make these days happen on their own. You think of all the people you meet along the way from the Bride and Groom to each and every vendor along the way. These connections are long lasting, far beyond just the wedding day!

Best part of a wedding day?

Ceremony! Who doesn’t love LOVE.

Favorite wedding day treat?

We have worked with so many amazing bakeries and vendors, but one favorite is definitely Holy Donut donuts! The chocolate sea salt… wow.

What does being part of the POE team mean to you in one word?

FAMILY

fam-i-ly

noun

  1. It’s not necessarily about who’s blood you have, or who you’re forced to spend the holidays with. It’s about people you love and they love you back. You’ll always be there for your family when they need you, and they’ll always be there for you. Blood related or not.
